FPO Linkage
FPO is farmer producer organization; it is nothing but a collective farming methodology
We are at Gram Swaraj directly working with 15 FPO of Osmanabad District, which contain 15000 farmers
During work with farmer we got to know farmers cultivating good quality crops at his farm but he don’t get fix market, and it is a one of major route cause of farming obstacle and at same time many customer reedy to pay some more amount for quality products but still they don’t get quality products with higher price also.
By keeping this fact in mind we build this Linkage platform for Farmers and Customers
For Farmers to get fix costumer and market and for a Customer to get quality products directly from farmers field
By purchasing products directly from farmer field you will get quality products and it will be a great help for farmer to have a fix and loyal customer like you

KDV
It is Knowledge Donation Volunteers program, we respect each other knowledge, today we are working in different fields and organization, we are making our organization more and more profitable with our hard work, knowledge and expertise, with our same expertise and knowledge we can change somebody’s life by donating our knowledge and some time
On this KDV platform we are inviting experts from different fields to guide Farmer Producer Organization, you need to spend one day with this farmers organization and have chat with them guide them which is related to your field
Suppose you are from IT related field you can guide them how to Gmail, how to write on blog, how to use internet, how to take advantage of social site to promote his agri products etc etc
Suppose you are from management field you can guide them how to prepare budget plan, marketing plan, brand plan etc etc
Suppose you are from finance field you can guide them how to do Finance risk management, and other simple finance methodology
Suppose you are from HR background, you can guide them how to manage employee, now days getting good employee for farming are becoming a big challenge for farmer
As per your field and knowledge you can chose your activity
Above mentioned examples and field are just for clarification, it is not compulsory we need volunteers from above mentioned field with same activities, you are free whatever you share with farmers

Fellowship
We are inviting young and enthusiastic Fellows to join this fellowship to build a self sustainable agriculture practices; it is not necessity a fellow should have agriculture background or a specific field expert, only he should have a enthuse to work for the betterment of farmer
Role of fellow:
1. Working directly with 3 FPO and direct indirect with 1200 farmers
2. Helping FPO Board of Directors to make Business plan with the help of expert people
3. Guiding Board of Directors to take care of all stakeholders
4. Helping FPO in following activities on own basis or with the help of external person
Business planning , Marketing Planning , Brand Planning, Budget preparation, HRD activities, Employee engagement activities , Preparing scheme bank, Community based activity , Web Marketing , Leadership development, Team building , Account Management
5.Playing a facilitator role in overall business cycle of FPO
6. As per need and demand we will give you trainings on above activity on time to time
